my piercing spree!

ahahaha guess what!! like i dont already have many piercings on my ear! but still, i went ahead to get 2 more piercings on my right ear :) there's this shop at heeren, charging only $3.90 for one piercing when other shops charge $5. yeapp so i went there to get my piercings done! asked the guy for suggestions, so he suggested me to pierce one at the top & one at the middle.
see that? the "dot" at the top and at the middle? hehe yeapp! and u know what? i felt no pain at all! and as a matter of fact, very shiok!! :) oh and i also bought a pair of earrings from 77th street. the one on my ear lobe :)

today was the re-grandopening of california fitness at orchard and there were lotsa FREE food and activities going on. but i didnt participate in any of them :( cuz i was alone.... feels weird to grab all the food when im alone!! yeahh so i did my workout and left! thats all folks!

hey everyone!
hehe so glad i met up with gfs! i was late, sorry... hahaha met them at siglap's cafe cartel and they had already eaten their dinner.... cuz they were real hungry. hahaha then after that we went to the cheesecake cafe! hehehe this guy quite cute , right girls?? lol their service is FWAH excellent!!!!!! hahaha always attending to our needs :)

yeapp then after that we decided to walk to ecp... and patronised scruffy murphy's where my cousin works. and there's a band!!! and i treated my darlings to beer :) i think val & feli were on the verge of getting tipsy! hahaha they were like cam-whoring all the way. aiya, im so sad i didnt bring my camera or else could have taken soooo may pics! oh and guess what? when i got "quite" tipsy, i decided to sing! hahaha and i passed a note to the band(2 guys: derrick & derek!!) i wanted to sing "foolish games" by jewel. but ah that guy doesnt know how to play foolish games. so i said "do u know how to play sometimes love just ain't enough??" hahaha yeahh so in the end i sang that song!!!

hahaha so fun!!! i loved it!!!! i saw some pple singing along and they clapped for me after i sang!!! woohoo! so shiok! and somehow, the singer of the band know i was from sg idol... hmmmmmm.... anyway i really had a great time!!! gathering next week alrite girls?!! love y'all!!! :)

here i am, at sembawang again. just felt real bored after finance lecture today and didnt feel like attending the experiential trip with sociology class so......... i went to polyclinic to get myself a mc :) and the doctor was so nice. when i went in, he straightaway asked me "whats wrong?"
then i was like so "weak" all of a sudden! ahahaha i said, "im having a bad headache and its been like this for a few days" hahaha then after that he asked me "do u need a mc?" ...... lol i think he know i was feigning illness..... hmmmm yeapp then i went to sembawang to visit my beautiful baby niece!!

i seriously haven't been to gym lately. so sorry bout it. sighhh i really must gym la!!!! i am sooooooooo far away from my goal!!! :( anyway tmr gotta go for training at 7pm at the clinic but for the sake of $$$$, no choice!!! :(

wow time passes so quickly! guess what? my exams are coming soon! woohoo and it'll be end of yr2 sem 1.... thats half a yr nearer to end of poly life! am i making sense? i think u guys will understand what im saying.

anyway, i have biz finance paper on 28th aug 9.30am-11.30am. then on 30th, mktg paper in the morning 9.30am-11.30am andddddddd hr mgt paper in the evening 7pm-9pm.... then i'll be FREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!! woohoo! then would be holidays after that! total coolness! im gonna work real hard during the hols. gonna work part-time and workout at the gym extra hard!!! hahahahaha its like way-in-advance..... planning too early. ohhh sorry peeps, i cant go to thailand with y'all cuz in that shit now, cant go la.

ahhhh im so bored. btw, tianyi is a super crawler now! she crawls damn fast!!! especially when we try to tempt her with FOOD!!! yeapp yeapp she loves to eat! she eats anything la!!! ice-cream, cake, bread, chocolates.... all her favourite!!! and more of her teeth are growing!! woohoo, soon enough she'll be able to bite me if i bully her!!!!

today ended school at 4pm and hell, im too lazy to gym!!! cheebye!!!! so lazy!!! lazy faggot!!! i meant me!! yeappp so i ate chicken cutlet in school, FUCK!! even worst!!!! so fucking fattening!!! yeahhh at first supposed to meet val, and gonna chill or something but she cancelled on me last minute! hmph! so i tried calling est, but no answer. then i called matt, he was with monica at raffles city. haha then i asked what he's doing later, he told me he's gonna meet est.

apparently, est's been feeling down. and im sorry i cant be there for her. not cuz i dont wish to but cuz she doesnt want me to. think she's not comfortable with me or something. but nevertheless, i wanted to give her a surprise and also wanted to cheer her up. so i went to tampines mall's four leaves to get her a "coco exotic" cake and requested for some words to be written "cheer up est! we love u!"
thats why i called feli & chueen er. was hoping all of us could visit est and cheer her up or something..
so i told matt and he thought it'd be a good plan. then i took a train to raffles city. halfway through the journey when i was approaching aljunied station, matt told me est only wanna see him. i was like "fuck!" i know its abrupt for me to buy the cake and hoping to go cheer her up.. i also feel im too kpo.... sometimes i should just mind my own business. but she's my friend. thats the least i could do isnt it! arghhh fuck la! next time anyone have problem DON'T come to me la!! im nthing but a busybody rite!!! feel fucking underappreciated. cheebyeeeee!!!!!!!!!!

dad's birthday dinner :)

yay today went out with my aunt&uncle and my cousins & tianyi! yeapp they came over to my place in the afternn and then we went for dinner in the evening. went to jumbo seafood restaurant at east coast. ate crabs, prawns, fish, chicken....

then after that we went to macdonald's cuz my sister-in-law was hungry again! haha she's pregnant, thats why always eat eat eat.... but ah! she doesnt get fat, only her tummy, duh!!!
hehehe this is a very very happy occasion.... cuz we talked & laughed while eating.... ohhh btw my cousin (tianyi's mum) foot the bill.... yeapp happy happy! seriously, babies tend to bring families together. our families have been meeting so often as compared to last time.... yay! thats all folks!

finance test??!!

took the finance test this morning... slept at 3am and woke up at 8am..... so little sleep :(
but u know what? its ridiculous... the test was only 20marks and 10% weightage! omg! what the hell.... its such a "mini" test... lol

anyway, its my dad's bdae today! 23rd that is.... and we're gonna dine at jumbo seafood restaurant.... my cousin's treat, yay!!

then its gonna be monday again.... the week passes so fast... ohhh and i went for my "training" on friday at the clinic i'll be working at.... wahhh the clinic is old old old man! its cheyanne's recommendation la cuz the doctor is her friend but ahhh the clinic is real old. but nvm la, its good money & easy job. 1hr45mins for $18... strange timing eh? well, the clinic is open at night from 7-8.45pm thats why...

no gym for 2 days?!!!!

ohh no! i haven't been gyming for the past 2 days.... damn it!! i failed to keep up with my 5 gym sessions/week this week.... shit! and i only pumped once this week... bad bad! but i dont wish to be too bulky. i really really needa burn the fats! burn burn burn!

i kicked and punched real hard at combat on thurs, shiok! but i didnt pump, cuz i was quite tired. sighhhh i cant seem to stay on the cardio machines for long.... arghhh!!!! especially stairmaster, damn challenging for me, shit! i needa burn!! burn burn burn u fat bitch!!!!

the week is coming to an end soon.... and tests are coming up.... arghh! life kinda sucks.... but saying "life sucks" once in awhile is alright, not too much yea!

went to IMH today

yeapp today was the day i went to IMH with my tutorial grp mates.
reached IMH at bout 3pm and had to listen to the ppl-in-charge speak and give an introduction bout IMH, after which we were brought to woodbridge museum. saw many many artifacts there, yeapp...

then we walked to JuiceWorks, a lil store operated by mental patients (they've recovered, of course) its part of the rehabilitation prog, to help them recover and adapt to their new life. this store is like a mini cafe, sell juice and food.... not so sure cuz when we were there, its alr closing.
next, we went to this room with lotsa 2nd hand stuff, some new stuff as well... they have everything, electrical appliances, clothes, shoes, mugs, etc.... and all very cheap.... but i didnt buy anything..... guess u guys know why..... i just dont feel comfortable buying anything.....

then we walked to patients' ward..... those are the "long stay" patients.... whose family abandoned them at imh cuz of their mental state. yeapp its quite intimidating. we entered the female ward first and when we entered, there were some aunties (patients) who came to us and smiled at us and talked to us. they looked pretty harmless, but i was just uncomfortable with the fact that they were over-friendly. one of them tried to say something to us, think she was telling us her story but i didnt understand anything. then the nurse brought us around, to their beds and this room(walls were covered with cushions).... in that room, there was this woman who was facing the wall and leaning against the wall..... very scary...... in the wardroom, there was this old lady tied to her bed.... she was shouting..... also very scary.....

then my grp mates and i was quite afraid to enter the male ward because the nurse told us some of them are molesters.... and they also looked much more aggressive... but my grp mates went in.... haha cuz in the end i still didnt dare to enter... the moment they went in, this guy started to shake all of their hands.... then someone saw him smelling his hands...... omg! then the 2nd time when the nurse opened the door, the same guy came out (i was praying he wouldnt shake my hand) but he did.... and i had to oblige.... and guess wat? i saw these 2 men sitting at the window hugging each other..... and this guy was trying to kiss the other guy but the other guy tried to push him away...... i asked the nurse whats gg on and she said its normal.... cuz they grow to like each other.....

sighhh actually its very saddening cuz they've been locked up in imh for donno how long.... their family dont want them.... so its really very saddening...... :(

after that, we walked past Lee Hwa Jewellery and i saw my bro's friend. we just chatted and she started to say "eh u go and lose weight leh!" im like... what the fuck.... this girl is so fucking straightforward. no one has ever said that to me even though they think im fat.... cheebye! im not angry la.... jus upset that she's so straightforward. fuck la, why do i go to gym so often for? to lose weight of course! im alr trying my best my everyone just keeps saying im fat... so sad.... sighhhhh

what a shiok gym session!

3.3opm: attended bodypump, used two 5-kg plates for my squats & lunges! results: burning sensation on my legs..... shiok shiok shiok!
didnt attend bodycombat after that..

4.30pm: tried stairmaster with kaixin.... for 30mins! we talked while we climbed the steps and my tank top was thoroughly wet! but 1st time trying it out, i couldnt help but pant and also ran out of breath, many times! kaixin ah.... damn determined!! she was on stairmaster for 90mins! and i also climbed at very low intensity, only 5... not good... very slow.... thats why 30 mins only climbed 116 storeys. but managed to burn 250 calories! but it definitely was a gd start. and im gonna do more of stair master! :)

went for lunch/dinner with kaixin after that. ate subway at far east. we shared a footlong oven roasted chicken breast sandwich. but she chose honey oat bread, which wasnt that healthy. lol we talked and we really click! yeapp. but she had to rush off to give tuition at 8pm.

after that, i was left on my own. roamed ard orchard for awhile. went to isetan supermkt at lido but didnt buy anything at all, cheh! should be gg to gym tmr...! bye all!

gosh.. i woke up at 9.30am, was supposed to get ready for sch at 11am. but as i walked to the toilet, i realised im having sore throat! and its bloody painful! soooooo i took the liberty to absent myself from HR tut. and went back to sleep.

bout 2 hrs later, i heard some screaming..... hahaha yeahh, its tianyi's screams! she's at my hse again! she's been here for the past 2 days and she's here again. lol. she's a baby who's so realistic! hahaha as long as u have food, she's all yours! hmph.

new router, new cable modem & new maxonline 6500!

i just gotten my new router, cable modem & upgraded to maxonline 6500! these equipments are free... lol cuz i recontracted and upgraded.... yeappp jus gotta pay less than 10 bucks per mth, so why not?

today i dont think i'll be heading down to gym cuz my muscles r soaring! i swear! but this soaring feeling is shiok! proves that i worked hard.... pumping is tough but DAMN SHIOK! lol

have psych tut at 2pm till 4pm.... baby's at my hse.... she "likes" me cuz i fed her bread. oh well, what a realistic baby. haha but she's cute & gorgeous! hehehe

took a break from gym

monday is my rest day..
hmmm seems lke i only blog on my rest day? have been gyming for the past 3 days, shag shag shag! but im lovin' it! yeap, really am.. tmr gonna go in the evening cuz i doubt i can wake up so early again. hehehe

anyway met up with matt at bugis on sat after gym and we talked over coffee @ starbucks and kway chap @ yu kee. yeapp, thanks matt, for everything! i guess i really needa face it.

btw, my d-link router is really testing my patience! even though its been replaced, it still isnt performing! so, i called starhub and recontracted&upgraded my maxonline4000 to maxonline 6500... i'll be getting free stuff.... a motorola cable modem, linksys wireless router and linksys wireless usb adapter. really cant stand d-link anymore and hope these new equipments will help!!
