sorry haven't been updating.
but yeah, life has been gooooooooddddd!

okay, sorry for the outright display of affection but i can't control myself haha!
im sooooooooo in love with my boy!!! :)
met him on the 2nd day back in Perth.

well, we're still not official yet, but have been spending lotsa time together and i'm happy :)
and yeah, he's not asian. hahaha
i've never imagined myself to be with a non-asian guy.
but yeah, anything's possible and i can say i'm really crazily in ♥ with him!
this is different from the previous few guys (jerks!!) whom i've met.

will update more when i have the time.
oh ya, now's tuition-free week for me. but ran outta $$$ so can't have as much fun.
and.... ever since i met him, ive become a housewife! tsk...
'cause he doesnt like to eat out, so he'll cook for me & encourages me to cook for myself.
so yeah, im cooking for myself... bring sandwich/lunch to uni.
lol... but yeah i'm so happy with him!

bloody hell....

it's been such a tiring day tdy....
met up with vincent at 2pm... waited for louis to wake up at 3.15pm....
initially, all of us agreed to have dim sum buffet at chinatown.
but louis overslept while winfield got caught up at work.
in the end, only vincent n i went for the dim sum buffet.

edison was supposed to meet us at chinatown.
he initiated it btw!
the initial time was evening ard 7-8pm.
as usual, the person who always break his promises...
he ended up meeting us in town at 11.30pm! just 25mins before the movie!

the whole day, we were just shuttling b/w chinatown n town... grrr... pissed me off big time!
when we met up with the others whom we were suppose to walk ard chinatown with, that's when we found out that they were there to take pictures!
my goodness!
if that was the case, i wouldnt have asked vincent, louis, keith n winfield to go to chinatown!
kill me!!

its so different now!
no fun hanging out together anymore.
i hate pple who dont keep their promises and who are always late!!!!

sorry guys, i promise, that's the first n the last time im gonna ask them out k!
next time, we'll just hang out amongst ourselves!

Thanks to Monica, we had a mini gathering at Raffles City's Shokudo.
well, its sorta like a mini farewell for Keith who's leaving for Adelaide to further his studies.

its good to know that the boys are still close & keeping in touch with each other.
im really happy bout that.
although the clique no longer exists, im glad there're genuine friendships that came outta it.
i guess, people might get complacent as time goes by but let's not let that happen eh?!

met awesome friends who became a big part of my life in perth
met him who made me smile but at the same time made me fall so deep & cry so much...
Aug '08 - parents came over ; mazda 2 baby!
sep '08 - back to spore for a week
oct '08 - back to perth ; mugging sessions began ; commencement of work @ DJ
nov '08 - exams! ; work! his bday.
dec '08 - xmas with joy & friends ; nye celebration

there was a period of time when i was super affected by how things turned out to be.
i was being delusional, unable to get outta it....
those were the worst months of year 2008.
but im glad im over it.
i really hope things will change for the better next year.
better people will come my way.

not forgetting the fun i had with the clique before i began my whole new life in perth.
and the fabulous boys who have always been there for me.
not in any order of importance aye!

ive got no idea why i have this sudden urge of getting on that jet plane and fly back to spore right away....
ive never felt this way before... lol
but then again, im afraid its gonna be the same as the previous time when i went back in sept, a trip that made me realise how ugly human

but come to think of it, its not that bad, really.
at least now ive learnt who to cherish more and who to fuck care 'bout.

Perth is giving me the time of my life!
everyday is just work, then chilling with friends at home.
be it doin' nth, or just watchin' dvd, we're happy the way it is now.
although we're missing Nadia terribly....
oh btw, HAPPY BIRTHDAY NADIA!!! be good bitch!! LOL

and yeah, i think im having a pretty balanced lifestyle now.
work on weekdays and party on weekends.
nothin' beats that!

its been almost a month since exams ended n yes i'm still here in Perth.
all thanks to myself who chose to stay here in Perth to work. gosh, i'm really missing home......
i miss my big room, my confortable bed but hate the fact that i don't get to drive around in my own car.
i also miss the late night movies at cineleisure, the never-asleep city.
oh! and also the cheap karaoke cover charge.
its cheap as compared to the ones over here, AUD$55 per hour for the room!!
but obviously u can share the cost with your mates & they allow B.Y.O (bring your own drinks).

anw, nadia has gone back home & there's only farhana, yarub & me. and guess which is our favourite hangout now? Burswood Casino!

we go there almost every night and its killing me!
i've been losing so much $$ to blackjack & baccarat.

now's the time to work real hard man.
work is hectic, with endless things to do at intimate apparel department.
and i'm always late for work! gosh!

but the fun part is, i've been shopping! haha

its gonna be summer soon, so have to get many many nice tops to hit the beach! lol
bought so many jeans as well, unlike my usual self.
maxi dresses, yeah baby!

all these sounds fun but... am gonna spend xmas alone.....

exams are nearing... next week!
yes, i've been studying, not to worry.
i don't pay so much school fees $$ for nothing yeah :)

anyway, ever since i got back from S'pore, i've been so busy i swear!
busy with work at David Jones & school assignments as well.
but no matter how busy i'm, i'll never cut clubbing off my life! :P
oh well, as fun as it sounds, i'm kinda getting sick of it.
endless drunk nights & drama..... i've had enough!

worthless jerks whom i always stupidly include in my life, arghhhh! be gone!
seriously, i'm sick of all these men trouble i'm giving myself.
i deserve to smile & have a fun life of my own!
oh well, at least for now, i'm gonna be mugging every night!

not totally empty but not as great as i expected.

i think i already have my life in Perth, thats why.
there're a few friends that i can't leave behind in S'Pore but i think after a few more months i'll be just fine.
no friendships last forever actually.

i just feel... someone that i've invested so much time, love & effort in... couldnt even be bothered to talk to me or say something to me to welcome me back. its more of disappointment than anger.
i thought by going away for awhile, things will be better but nope, its still the same situation.

i think this trip back is still worth it, because at least i've found out i don't have to deliberately find time to meet this friend anymore. well, i wouldnt even consider this person as my friend anymore. who needs this kind of friend anyway? i deserve better.

but still, am thrilled to see Zach, Levin, Keith, Winfield and Edison.

surprisingly, even though i'm not in S'pore & haven't been updating my blog, there are still sweet friends who read my blog and tag on it.

i'm better now, trying to stay away from men, trying hard not to get hurt anymore.
but i can't help but keep thinking about him.
just don't know why i just can't seem to get him.

he came back after a few weeks but now he's gone again.

he comes around as & when he likes.

and i swear i told myself not to fall in deep this time, but its just uncontrollable.

being away from my aj friends makes me more vulnerable.

simply because the guys whom i meet now love women & constantly have one thing on their minds.

one good thing, it finally made me have more confidence in myself 'cause i do attract guys after all! haha!
but attracting too many guys is never good. i'm always the one getting hurt.

i won't deny the fact that i'm loving my life here. my great friends whom i live with. my brand-new car. the environment. the lifestyle. its all good.

its just this one complicated issue that i never seem to be able to figure out.

i still miss singapore. my friends everywhere!

hey all...

Perth has been treating me pretty well, except that the nightlife here hasn't been treating the Party whore well. haha, can't be compared to the usual places i go to back in Spore.

haha yeah i keep complaining about the lack of updated songs at clubs... other than that, the guys are quite hot and it's been making my heart beat faster than ever. hehe.
perhaps 'cause school hasn't started, that's why i bum around everyday and have no idea of where to hangout at times. yeah, i sleep late and wake up late.

over here, if you wake up late, don't even think of getting things done.

'cause by the time i wash up, get ready & take public transport to the malls, i'd only be left with half an hour to shop! lol, stupid i know.

being here alone also made me realise the importance of knowing how to take care of myself, and not let trivial matters affect me.
also made me realise how important certain people are to me.

like:
Levin (my boy who i've been calling non-stop as if my phone bill is paid by the govt)
Jason (who i've been webcam-ing with every night. haha he always stays up till 2, 3am just to webcam with me)
Keith (who never fails to console me when things crop up over here in Perth)
Val (who's been calling me as & when i ask her to... & has been listening to my stories about guys in Perth)
my parents (who keep asking me to webcam with them but i always refuse to! haha but never fail to send me $$$ :P)
my sis (who keeps asking me to webcam with my parents, who's travelling in NYC now, who keeps telling me to be careful when i'm out with guys alone)
Huimin (my hsemate, who's always been listening to me grumble & giving me heaps of advices about guys)
Joy (my newly-found big sis who brought my sis & i around and also promised to club with me when she returns from her vacation in Spore)
Thomas (my newly-found big bro who never fails to bring me out for drinks & then send me home safely even though he stays in the North while i stay in the South and also intro-ed me to many friends)

Thank God for these people! or else my life in Perth could be worst!

its been a week since i've arrived in Perth.
did y'all miss me? :)

anyway, my sis has gone back to S'Pore already and i'm all alone now.
beginning to miss home more. and of course my dear boys.
but then again, i should try to adapt.

last weekend was crazy, club-hopped abit but clubs here can't be compared to clubs at home!
their music is seriously outdated.
the shops close damn early.
there's no where to linger around at night.
a movie ticket costs freaking AUD$12! take 12 multiply by 1.28... u do the math!
no more UOB discounted ticket. lol
cab metre jumps at a heart-thumping rate! scary!
oh well.

everything here is expensive.
boring also.
saddening also... cuz at about 7pm, its probably a ghost town alr.
when in spore, the night has just gotten started at 7pm.
the people here can start drinking as soon as 3pm!
and they queue to club at about 8, 9ish. crazy right?!
free entries to clubs, except certain better clubs.
drinks are FREAKING CHEAP! a pint of beer at 8 bucks, smaller one's at 5 bucks.
so if u club, u probably just needa bring 20bucks, that's if you've safely secured a ride home with friends or something.

aiyuh, nth beats S'pore luh.
anyway, i miss u guys loads! miss fri, sat & sun clubbing nights.

been going through this emotional rollercoaster for the past week... but why does it all have to start now?!

honestly speaking, it affected me big time & still does.
truth hurts. reality kills. maturity sucks.
no point pressing for an answer or pursuing something that'll never go the way i want it to.

i can never be as important as i wanna be.
afterall, we are both unsure about what things will be like when i return.

Counting down to Perth

2 weeks & 2 days more, i'll be on my way to Perth.

that also narrows down to 2 more weekends to spend with the clique (considering the fact that we only meetup during weekends these days) =(

i can't imagine how accelerated time feels to me now. everyday just passes by so quickly.

with the endless parties that i'm attending, the awesome clubbing nights that i never miss out on, not forgetting the aimless nights when my clique-ers and i bum around in town w/o having any activity in mind.
but its all good. at least i get to spend some quality moments with everyone that i've known in this past year & a half.

i've been asked a couple of times, "when's your farewell party?"...
sorry guys, but i doubt there'll be any.

simply due to insufficient time left. and also insufficient funds! gosh!

but i promise, one last clubbing session with all of you.
oh, and for some others, dinner soon?

"2 more weekends" sounds a little too devastating for me,
'cause ever since work started out for me 4 mths ago,
the only time i really look forward to have always been weekends!
oh man!
as much as how i anticipate the new lifestyle that i'll have there,
i simply can't leave everything behind. it's easier said than done.

all the memories, all my loved ones, all the fun, all the tears, all the laughter.

i'm also shocked at how many things one has to go through,
just to finally get on that 5-hours flight to Perth,
and get a whole new life there.

there were 2 particular questions which i hesitated upon reading them...
"Do you consume alcohol?" If yes, ____ a day.
"Do you, or have you ever smoked tobacco?" If yes, ____ a day.

Eh come on lah! yes i do drink, i do smoke... but how do u expect me to calculate how much i consume everyday?! duhhh!
besides, i don't drink everyday ya know!

and then there were chest x-ray, medical check-up...
anyhow... i've finally gotten my visa...

final thing to do....
grab an air ticket & get on that plane!

so meanwhile, while i'm still here....
lets just cherish the LOUD moments that you guys are definitely gonna miss when i'm gone.
And i seriously hope that someone can takeover my place as the "Glue"....
i still wanna be known as a member of Justtheclique when i return from Perth.

it simply hurts to be betrayed by the people you love and you know that when this happens, there's no turning back.

everything will just end without a proper goodbye.

i can't bring myself to forgive people who have hurt me,

whom i assumed could stay with me till the end of the race.

it scares me big time,
because i never ever expected these people to betray me.

i never know who's genuinely nice to me, who's not.

i feel like i was being made use of all the time, right from the start.

the person who i've cared for & doted on has been doing so many things behind my back.

i gave him a chance to explain himself, long time ago.

he never took the chance, he chose to hide it from me.

i promised myself i'll never forgive him.
simply because i can't bring myself to.

and right now,

i needa work on mending someone else's heart.

yeap. i've finally realised.

there's really no point in me holding on to something/someone so tightly.

i should've realised it last year when tears couldn't stop rolling down my face but i told myself i wanted to give it one more try, to make everything work, to make everyone stay together.

i've tried, i really have.

but it seems that i'm the only one trying, the last one standing.

i don't know what the future holds for everyone, for myself.

but i do know that they are not the ones whom i can hold on to till the day i die.

tears welled in my eyes when i watched Sex And The City.

"Isn't it supposed to be a happy/funny show?" you would ask....

it made me sad anyway. not 'cause my love life is empty but 'cause i realised that my friendship with everyone is as screwed up as my love life.

it feels good to be surrounded by good-lookers wherever i go. but whats the point of showcasing them for their looks when at the end of the day, they are just good-lookers who come & go out of my life within a blink of the eye.

when i raised that question to my friends, all they did was to pacify me and say things that they know will make me happy for a short while.

i know its not meant to be.

there's really no point in me wasting my tears on them.

i should never have prioritised them 'cause it was doomed right from the start.

i never knew it was so fragile, so superficial, so hypocritical.

i chose to ignore people's comments but come to think of it, their comments are true.

i hate to say this.

but i should have never let my old friends go.

it was a mistake.

yes i know. my blog entries hadn't exactly been joyous or pleasing.

but well, whats a blog for right? its for VERBAL DIARRHOEA!!

let's just say that i've never really been contented with the way things are. one moment i can openly declare on Facebook that "Jane is very contented with the way things are" & another moment my msn will show "there's a limit to my patience." what the hell do i want? i have no idea at all.
but then again, its true. some things really test my patience big time. let's not mention the "some people" part although im pretty sure the person who's reading this will be able to find out that this entry is arrowed to him.

i swear the feelings died off (ok this is gonna make it so damn bloody obvious) but then....... okay, lets get this straight. im very appreciative that (lets name this person Mr. X) Mr. X bothers to meet me, bring me here & there and club with me (shit, too obvious). i don't deny the fact that Mr. X is damn nice to me. BUT.... the ego part.... omg! really puts my patience to test BIG TIME! yeah i know, everyone has their own ego and i know mine ain't that little BUT.... don't need to be so egoistic till ure totally insensitive to my bloody feelings & hurt me right.
i must admit that sometimes Mr. X can be quite sweet but well.... there r just times when he gets totally obnoxious n pisses me off!
i mean, c'mon lah, be nice to me & dote on me while u can!!!!!!!
can dedicate more time to me right.......
sighhhh.... whenever i get very pissed off, after awhile Mr. X somehow knows what to say/do to appease me and believe me, it works! what a good friend i have in him.

enough of the verbal diarrhoea!
work's been bad. but ill be transferred to Shaw Centre as of tomorrow! shall be an office lady! haha.
but taking the lift all the way to 19th floor should be annoying. the bloody lift stops at almost every level!!! i might even be late 'cause of the lift! well... but then again, meeting friends in town after work should be more convenient :)

i want a new Apple Mac Book! the price has dropped so much that it has become so affordable!!!!
definitely looking forward to studying in Australia although weekends w/o the clique will definitely be different..... :(

speaking of leaving for Australia, i heard that the clique-ers will be organising a party for me!! yipee!! not forgetting my own party at the beginning of July. venue, well .... hasn't been decided yet. invites will be out soon.....

its been a long time

its been quite some time since i last updated the blog.

oh well, everyday is the same for me. work, home, sleep. and our meet-up sessions have really lessened hell lot.

its not exactly like before, during sch hols when we bummers will hang out in town till late or go for car rides. i don't know why.

its sad how some things will never & can never go my way.

its sad that no matter what i do, things will always happen over & over again.

seriously, i'll be leaving in 'bout 3 mths time. there's still lotsa time u might think, but time passes by quickly. and i really wanna make good use of this 3 mths, to spend all the time i have with my beloved.

i don't wanna regret not having enough beautiful memories to bring with me to Perth. seriously, i don't know how im gonna live w/o these bunch of pple when im in Aust. life is bound to be boring but ill learn to adapt to the new lifestyle.

But meanwhile, all i wanna do is to make full use of the remaining time i have in S'Pore.

recently, i've met a new bunch of fabulous pple. nice & sweet but at the end of the day, they are still from the same community (if you pple know what i mean). well, its not exactly bad but its just... arghhhh i don't know how to describe the kind of feeling i have.

there were so many times that i said i wanna get away from them but i simply can't. its not easy. i've grown to love them & depend on them. its like w/o them, my world will crumble into pieces.

there were so many times when i told myself "Jane Chia, u need another life of your own!" but its not easy. i can't live w/o friends, can't live w/o them.

the thought of them makes me smile & at times, cry. its either i'm over-sensitive (yes, u guys r nodding your heads!) or they are not sensitive enough.

i don't know how this entry came about but i guess its just the aftermath of quarreling with someone whom i really care for & love. the tiffs are never-ending and its tiring. i know u agree. and despite the countless times that we talked & decided to put a stop to it, it just doesnt work.

i guess there's nth more to talk about 'cause we've talked bout it over & over again.

i really appreciate your effort in trying to talk things out the other time & yes, no matter wat, we're BFFs forever :)

i don't know what i'm after. i'm just feeling empty. feeling helpless. feeling sick. feeling grouchy. feeling depressed.

i need all the love i can have man.

last saturday 15th Mar '08 was the most memorable and delightful day for me.

im happy to say that all my efforts has not gone down the drain because it was almost full attendance & everyone participated actively.

this time round, i'm glad that i decided to hold this :)

lemme tell u what happened that day.
as usual, most of the clique-ers were late.

i think the initial time we planned on meeting up was 10am. it was dragged to 12pm but at the very last minute, everyone decided on 2pm. haha but still, some pple still turned up at 3, 4, 5pm. but... louis, gary, levin n keith were the earliest to reach sentosa! good boys! :)

then we checked into the room and ran up the stairs to check out the private jacuzzi that we were anticipating....
oh! not forgetting the "waterfall", slides n big pool that were awaiting us at the basement. the boys were so mischievous, they had water wrestling and kept splashing water on the only girl! hmph! but looking at their laughters and cute moves made me feel that its all worthwhile! really! they had so much happiness on their faces, i'm so proud of them & happy that they are my friends! :)
gary was so violent! we should have recorded how he pushed n slapped edison's head during water wrestling.... and how edison fell off winston's shoulders n how gary eventually fell off levin's shoulders as well.
who could ever miss louis lye's signature laughter! hahahaha he laughs non-stop and once its triggered, it never stops :P

without having enough time to dry ourselves, we jumped into the private jacuzzi we have on our rooftop IMMEDIATELY after the swimming session!
it was sooooo fun. a jacuzzi that could originally fit only 2 persons turned out to fit 7 boys n 1 girl!

hahaha it was absolute fun n pleasure! really... even though we had to curl up our legs, but its the best fun i've ever had. whats more, i got to lie in the arms of 7 hot boys :D

and as soon as matthew whipped out his canon camera, the camera-whores started posing for the camera n it eventually became a photo-taking session when everyone joined in. we took hot photos. haha really! pretending to be intimate and holding each other in our arms.

then the late-comers turned up one-by-one and were glued to the Wii set that i warned Winston not to bring, for fear that everyone will refuse to leave the Wii controller and my fear became reality! haha! they were like kids, screaming and getting excited over the game. but still, i had to pull them out of the room because everyone were starving and after 30mins, we finally left the room and walked to Palawan beach's Koufu foodcourt.

then it goes on...... ill update more... hahaha

it was the 1st day of CNY when matt & i met up for coffee in town.

since both of us didnt need to visit relatives on the 1st day, we thought "why not? lets jus meet up n chill."

so we smoked, drank coffee n savoured the muddy mud pie. then chilled till 6plus when levin came to join us. followed by keith, wannie, edison, alvin n matt.

yepp then we went over to dynasty for a night of crazy n happy singing. haha alvin tickled me like hell with his medley of old songs..... which i actually know. man, getting old....

while im in the midst of rushing my SIP report that i have to hand in tmr, i just had the sudden urge to blog about NYE party @ winston's place.

winston's mummy kindly invited the clique over to her place, to countdown to Year 2008. there was good food, not forgetting the good company. that includes all the rich relatives of winston.

the night was filled with laughter, voices, warmth and love! we were told to reach at 7.30pm but obviously, the clique is infamous for being late!!
well, we had dinner and all of us went up to winston's room to watch TV. at about 11.15pm, we went to the living room to prepare for the countdown with his family members.

as the clock struck midnight, we went around hugging and wishing each other a happy new year. not forgetting to offer a toast to each other with Apple Sparkling Juice. lol. yay. its simple but its the company that counts. and i'd say, this is the best New Year ever!!!!

after the countdown, we had a photo-taking session. then, we went up to watch American Pie Beta House. its R21, so everyone was going ga-ga over the naked bodies and the hot sex scenes. lol. this is how R-rated we can get. you get to hear all the "oooooooooos", the "omg omg omg!" and the "awwwwww!" hahaha.

yeap yeap, i'd better get back to my report writing. here's wishing all of you a very Blessed & Joyous New Year!

cant wait to share bout Sunday's Sermon. Its about letting go. don't understand? no worries.... let me fill u in :)

Pastor Lian did such a good job man! while i was in the cab on my way to church, i actually talked to God for a short while. i said something like "God, pls let today's service be of some relevance to what i'm dealing with now." and va va voom, the 1st sentence Pastor Lian mentioned was... "Let Go!" then i was like "OMG! God's so cool!"

alright, let me talk a little more bout what Pastor Lian said. she mentioned something bout this old lady always complaining bout her Husband, her Life, her Kids, her Boss and etc. Then while Pastor Lian was talking to this lady, Pastor Lian had an image of this lady. Pastor Lian saw an image of God's blessings reigning over this lady but the lady wasnt receiving the blessings. bcus she was clenching her fists tightly. Then God told Pastor Lian that He is already showering this lady with all the blessings but she cant receive them simply because she's not letting go (her clenched fists show that she's holding on tightly). therefore, the moral of this story is.... Let Go and Let God handle it for You. Cast all your cares on God.

and most importantly, we should live the "Now" moments. meaning, there's always a reason why God is letting us go through certain turmoils because He always has better plans for us. and He will bring us to the places he has planned for us to be.

last but not least... Let go, open up & receive God's blessings that's already reigning down on You! seriously, the sermon was so enlightening. Praise the Lord. Hallelujah! :):):)

this week has been .... a blast!

wed @ Zouk to celebrate our hottie Strider's bday! not to mention how i woke up seeing bruises everywhere on my body.
fri @ Play was alright. not high enough. but the music wasnt that bad.
sat @ ZoukOut - probably my 1st & the last time. 'cause i didnt like it luh. paid $58 when i can definitely get better music on wed nights @ phuture. oh well, its the experience i guess.
sun @ st james was WOOHOO! fantastic. being able to dance to songs like "WHINE UP" & "The Way I Are" made me happy. although it was damn bloody crowded & packed. and the music after that kinda lacked the groove that i like. but hell yeah, still better than ZoukOut. haha probably ZoukOut is just not for me. oh well.

internship has finally come to an end.
but why do i feel sad?

gosh i still remember i hated work initially. and its only till recent times that ive grown to enjoy the company of all my colleagues in the company. it really takes time to get along with everyone especially aunties. man, i really couldnt stand them at first. but realised they r really nice ppl.

oh and today, i actually got the chance to speak to David Loo. the boss la... he's actually really really capable. started the biz from nth till now, branches in Vietnam Indonesia KL. woohoo. mayb i should challenge myself and work under him. but i do know that im gonna be damn stressed out.... cuz he isnt exactly someone who's easy to work with.

but anyhows, i will really miss working in Innomed. i mean, of course there are good times. and these definitely surpasses all the bad memories in the past.

a big Thank You to all my colleagues at Innomed Pte Ltd. thx for taking care of us :):)

3 more days and i'll be free.

but actually, will kinda miss work and my colleagues.
yeah no doubt i was cursing n swearing initially but throughout these 2 & a half mths, things have gotten better. and im beginning to enjoy what im doing and my colleagues' company.
so yeap, i would say, all is good.

as for school, im really looking forward to it and cant wait for everything to be back to normal. i can stay out late with the clique every night (if i have no morning class the next day), yeah!

but i think God doesnt like me to club. cuz he always arranges morning class for me on thurs mornings. that means, i cant go to ladies' night. grrrr oh and also monday mornings. arghhh that means i cant go to fabulous sundays. shit! but i know he's doing it for my own good. oh well, praise the Lord!

i miss many ppl from the clique. and honestly i havent seen some of them in aeons! winston sent all of us an email, very sweet. greatly appreciated. and yeah, i totally agree with what he says. lets Walk the Talk clique-ers! :):)

its been a while since i've blogged about anything.

internship is coming to an end & i thank God for that.

its so tiring to sleep at 2, 3am and wake up at 7am the next day. and i totally detest it.

not that i won't have to wake up early during sch, but at least its not an everyday thingy.

really looking forward to school. miss school life man and of course the clique! always too tired to meet up with anyone after work. we used to meet up everyday but now that im working, seldom meet up with them. :( sorry love.

i've stopped clubbing for awhile but when i clubbed again, shit it was full force. not good not good. just like what one of the taggers said "if ure really true to christ, stop clubbing like a whore." haha i actually find it funny. yeah i should stop huh? mayb not stop luh, just cut down.

btw, the previous entry was about me accepting christ, and becoming christian. yeah im still in the process of building my reilationship with Daddy God. and i can say, the process is amazing. i love gg to church every sunday, even if i have to sacrifice my sleep.

i accepted Christ on 7th Oct 2007.
everything's simply amazing. words cannot describe how i feel.
but thanks to God for inviting me. and thanks to wannie for helping me feel ready to accept Christ. im still new to it all but im all set to establish this beautiful relationship with God. and im damn looking forward to gg to church this sunday even though my favourite pastor prince wont be there.

yeap. oh and the recent blog attacks that the clique has been bombarded with, im sure we wont be affected by it. afterall, we r all under grace. and God will see us through it all.
praise the lord! Amen to that.

Mid-autumn festival

30 mins ago, it was mid-autumn festival / mooncake festival / lantern festival. whichever u wish to name it as. w/o having kids around, the adults would just sit down & sip chinese tea n nibble into the mooncakes. but when there're kids around, the atmosphere is totally different. which is why my cousins, auntie and the 2 cute babies came over to my place.

its good that they were here, or else it'd be just another day for me.

but anyways, lets just say it hasnt exactly been a fantastic day for me.
yeah it wasnt but now it is. as in, all disputes have been resolved.
and i just wanna say,
edi & zach,
i love u guys alot alright. u guys have played major roles in my life and still do. life w/o u guys would be, i donno wat man. so yeah.

the moral of the story is, the clique means a lot to each & every member of it, im very sure. but there r bound to be times when disputes/unhappiness/arguments occur. the amazing thing is, each & every time when we solve these problems, thats when we grow stronger together as well. so, this clique is actually a very beautiful thing thats revolving around our lives. therefore, i think we should embrace what we have & love each other more, right?! :) once again, no pointing of finger at anyone here. just a general note, i swear! i love u guys loads.....

endless clubbing nights

clubbed on friday, whats new.

clubbed on sunday, whats new.

my life basically revolves around clubbing. and its not that good, duh. be it for health, or the soul. it has come to a point where clubbing is a necessity, for me. i club cause my friends are there. so it doesnt really have anything to do with my need for dancing or going crazy. no doubt, drinking is somehow an essential activity to keep me going strong.

i wouldnt really say "my life is in a mess". but maybe just needa alter it a lil to "my life is damned". yeah my life is damned. i donno why. just have this sudden feeling of emptiness.

i guess its the time when reality sets in after all the fun one has at clubs. with the help of alcohol & tobacco, one can get extremely high & do the craziest stuff ever. what i mean is, clubbing can be so damn fun but when everything ends, its back to reality again. the club will be so empty. people's souls might be empty too.

perhaps that's what im feeling now. empty cuz i had too much unrealistic fun at clubs.
oh well, but at least clique-ers are there for me when i feel empty.

like jovan who met up with me at simpang. then followed by the stayover at my place with derek & jovan. even tho jovan was busy sleeping and derek&i conked out after 3 episodes of charmed, its still nice to have friends with me when im feeling down. clique-ers rock!

1st week of attachment has ended. its only the 1st week & im already totally drained out. i haven't been obeying the alarm clock & wake up as soon as it rings --- ever since i've decided to skip all lectures at 9am & sometimes get MCS when i don't feel like attending 9am tutorials. but these few days, i practically had to force myself to get outta my bed. yet, im still late. grrrrrr... guess what? attachment is so taxing for me that i slept at 10plus yest. fwah couldnt stand it any longer. needed my sleep.

but i think what im delirious about is my wonderful colleagues. other than the few aunties whom i dont really have any common topic with, the Asst Mgr, IT guy as well as the Mktg girl are real pleasant colleagues. we've been lunching with them this past 3 days. and they nv fail to bring us to try out different canteens in the vicinity. oh and the "US" refers to myself & my other 2 sch mates who are also posted to this company. thank God for them or else i'd be bored to death by now.
HOWEVER, something i dont like bout this job is..... it has got nth to do with Banking & Finance at all! bloody shit. we go there to do admin stuff like filing, data entry & photocopying. at least im involved in the coordination of upcoming workshops which requires me to send emails & also write a speech for my boss & the chairperson for the event. tts still not too bad. but filing, data entry & photocopying??!! goodness, go hire someone with PSLE cert or something. oh man. internship is supposed to be related to our field of study, instead they threw some "sai kang" -- shit job to us!

anyways, other than the "Waking up in the morning" issue, i kinda prefer working to studying. oh wells. 2 more mths to go.

yeapp our party at watten estate was a success! most of the ppl turned up --- winston, edison, zach, levin, wanhua, monica, serene, jovan, nigel, melvin, derek, anavil, gary, eric, louis, matt and me! its the first time so many of us gathered together at the same place & the same time.
we had our very own AGM. haha where everyone penned their thoughts on a piece of paper n put it in the treasure chest. afterwhich, derek read each n every entry of ours. then we trashed it out. hahaha very fun. we've gotten to know what the members like & dislike bout the grp. but jovan & eric were the ones who were trying hard to eliminate each other from the grp. grrr. :P

but anyhow, this party like i mentioned before, is for levin & winston. we sincerely hope they will enjoy themselves with the clique before they enter NS. and once again, a big THANK YOU to each n everyone of you for attending the party. filming was fun as well, but try not to exclude ppl who are not in the cast. sleepover & movie in the middle of the night was superb. i just wished there was ghost storytelling. yeapps yeapps.
oh and to matthew, haha i ignored u yest! bet u know why. but anyhow, have a safe trip to australia! and come back with souvenirs! or else i shan't forgive u! neh neh

anyways, through this meeting that we had yest, i've realised that all of us actually love the clique a lot. and all of us really want to make this clique work. and all of us are actually willing to sacrifice their time for the clique. thats very sweet of all of u. life has been amazing for me ever since i met the clique. i don't have a religion but i truly believe u guys are God's gifts to me! each & every single one of u . and i thank God for these beautiful gifts.
once again, thanks for the love. and just before levin & winston enter the army, lets give them all the love we have! so where is our event planner?! plan a super duper event for all of us!!!! hehehe alritey then, take care y'all! :)

i realised these few days i've been so hyped up over the launch of the clique's blog. not only me, but everyone else is really excited bout everything. be it our sitcom, our blog, our band... oh man things are looking well for us :)

therefore, for the "links" section, i have uploaded the "cliqi" of my dear friends and also linked it to their personalblogs. coolness eh! thanks to winston for the cliqis!!
furthermore, i also used the animacons that winston created to link to the clique's official blog :) just for viewers' convenience.

by the way, (edi, zach, levin, derek, will) & i watched "i know who killed me" starring Lindsay Lohan. i would say its an okay movie. not super fantastic but will do just fine. its more of a thriller. shan't disclose the story to u guys but out of 5 stars, hmmm mayb 2.5 stars?! i mean, the movie seems to lack something. mayb lack some element of surprise? yuh thats the thing.
went to winston's place (again!) after the movie with edi & levin. watched "cheaper by a dozen" over there. man, we actually went to winston's place 2 nights in a row. n gonna stay over later after the party. lol am definitely looking forward to the party later. okay okays i know ive mentioned it a zillion times! lol just plain excited!

its good to be able to hang out with the clique everyday. despite having to rush down to town after work, its all worthwhile, cause of the joy & laughter we share the moment we see & talk to each other.
the meeting was supposed to include the discussion for our sitcom "just the clique". oh well, derek, gary & ana had to leave early so we headed to winston's hse.
anyways, am really looking forward to the party on thurs. aye guys, stop changing the bloody date la! haha im getting really confused! thurs ah, set!

im getting more n more emo as winston & levin's enlistment dates draw nearer. i cant believe they're gonna be "away" for 2 weeks. afterwhich they'll only be able to book out on sat afternns then book in on sun nights. how to spend quality time with the clique like that?
im really gonna miss winston n levin.

my clique is super cool!
edison started the blog, then winston gave it life! he added animated icons of all the members, added tagboard, planned the jersey thingy. and now, guess what? we are gonna have our own sitcom! haha something like "spin" and "light years". omg! my clique is so crazily fun! hahaha and edi bought a videocam worth $3000plus! omg!!!

oh and btw winston & levin will be enlisting soon! im gonna be so depressed. cuz winston is my baby & levin is my band mate. grrrr im doubly sad.
thats y we'll be having a party for them at winston's hse. we'll have as much fun as we can, alritey cliquers?!

life in 2007 has been GRRRRReeeeaaaatttt!!! really! in march, i passed my driving. and met the clique. throughout this 5mths+, we've bonded so much that i think we cant live w/o seeing each other. like wat winston said, although we werent sure if this clique would last and also werent sure if this clique has a heart. but im sure throughout this 5mths, we have developed feelings for one another. just like brothers & sisters. and no doubt we do have our differences and quarrels&little tiffs are inevitable, we can always work things out. therefore, i wanna say a big thank you to every single one of u in the clique. as well as a super duper big hug to all of u. i admit there are some members in the clique whom im not so close to, but we still belong together. and we can always bond! :)
you guys have brought me nth but JOY, LAUGHTER & LOVE! cant imagine life w/o u guys.

oh meanwhile, exams just ended for me. like finally! so i'll have holidays for a week then it'd be internship time! goshh i seriously hope i'll be working in a bank. and i really hope i wont have to take any supp paper!! :( this sem's been bad. played too much. grrrr.

here goes.... life has been the same, except exams are coming & gosh, i can seem to find the time to study.

too much clubbing, too much chilling out and too much drinking sessions make me sick & tired of studying. but then again, its pretty much an obligation. i have to prove my parents wrong! grrr.

TGIF, went to ngee ann poly with levin&zach. had lotsa fun snapping away in the library. haha we are camwhores!

oh well, weekends are usually, normally, most probably clubbing nights. yeapp this weekend wasnt an exception.
clubbed as usual. got high as usual. grr. i needa learn how to drink man. and not get tipsy so easily.
weird enough, i brought my camera to the club and was happily snapping away.
that was on fri.
sat, same time, same place, same ppl. lol clubbing night again. damn, i got darn high and erm yuh, forgot to bring my bag home. lol thats like the funniest joke ever. which idiot would forget to bring the back home except me? muahahahaha. but anyway thanks to a friend for helping me safeguard it yea :)

wedding dinner on sunday. food was alright. most importantly was the company. my cousins & my baby nephew&niece. ok, i didnt take a pic of my niece but most of you should know she's as adorable as an angel la. yeahh fun fun.

alritey now for serious business, subtle is performing again! due to popular demand (cheh! HAHA). we'll be performing on 5th Aug & 19th Aug (both sundays) at the same place ben&jerry's@thecathay scoopers' lounge. same time (3pm we'll commence our performance). so ppl who have missed it the other time round, like eric! louis! ben! pls come and watch us this time round. lol.

SUBTLE kicked arses at Scoopers' Lounge @ Ben&Jerry's last monday. and i mean literally kicked arses. haha lack of practice, tsk tsk. but our first debut performance next sunday will be much better. we are so gonna work damn hard. right lev, derek n edi? :) im the rose among the thorns but actually im the lethal weapon. hahaha much more lethal than the thorns. what to do, im such a boy :P alright, enough crap. most imptly, our debut performance will be on next sunday 15th July 2007, 3pm. do come and join us as we'll be making it more of a chill-out session. we are an acoustic band singing pretty new songs/ songs that are popular.

this whole week has been filled with nth but fun and laughter.

lemme do a lil bit of recap.

monday, nth much. just work.

tues, met up with honey bunch after work. followed by supper with roddy at geylang tau huay place cuz he just came back from taipei! :D

wed, went gymming. bumped into edwin, timmy, davin and friends as they were celebrating edwin's bday. zach was at karaoke with his friends, went to meet him then headed home.

thurs, gave tuition as usual. followed by buffet dinner at grand copthorne hotel with zach's family & roddy :) then headed down to cine to catch fantastic four. very nice :D after that went to winsty's place to countdown to his bday. haha max's spooky ghost stories freaked all of us out therefore we chose to stayover at winsty's place. damn fun :)

fri, ate chic chop at winsty's place. then all of us headed home. i went to give tuition while all of them prepared for bday celebration at winsty's granny's place. i headed down to club with zach after that. sigh another drunk night. but then stayed over at zach's place with levin.

sat, followed zach & roddy to swimming complex cuz i couldnt go home! followed by pulau ubin with honey bunch, to celebrate winsty's, derek's n serene's bdays :) sorry honey bunch, z & i had to leave early to attend another friend's bday. drinking session with edwin and kalvin at meritus mandarin was fabulous. so fabulous that i got damn drunk. gosh, spent most of my time sleeping at the club. muahahahaha. oh and a big thank you to the pple who took care of me at the club. many thanks :)

sun, tuition. then went over to z's place to watch him play mj with rod n friends. followed by ocean's 13 at vivo. but i didnt watch that movie at all. had to talk to winsty. cheer up winsty :) oh followed by st james. totally konked out!

sch starts later. 2 weeks passed damn quickly. i swear im gonna mug for this coming exam then am gonna enjoy myself after that!

gymmed today.
ran and cycle, and did abit of triceps & crunches.
after bathing and stuff, when i walked out of the gym, i bumped into timmy and edwin and friends. they were cutting cake. haha edwin's bday today. shit and i ate cheesecake. damn it, after putting in so much effort at gym!! arghhh nvm i'll try harder tmr. and eat healthily tmr. but shit, im gg for buffet dinner with zach, his family and rod.
haha so sweet right, zach invited rod & i to buffet with his family. ermm although i find it quite weird cuz its supposedly a family dinner but he invited the both of us. hmmm i still find it weird. man.

oh btw, guys are jerks. its random, i know. but yeah i've been having bad encounters with jerks/bastards. they are out for sex, nth else. gosh. i hate guys who are such players. grrrrr guys are shit.

after filling our stomachs, we proceeded to the hotel room and had red wine. so full until cant drink the wine. but i had 3 glasses lah. tried to get high. lol

after fathers' day was a gathering with the clique @ cineleisure.

i met zach first, had to do his report for him. damn!

fathers' day

yesterday was fathers' day and w/o me knowing, my cousin & sis had already planned to have a high-tea session at Carlton Hotel. im not the organiser this time round. hmmm weird. so i was woken up by my mum @ 11am yest despite sleeping at 5am the previous night (clubbing,duh!). did my hair, put on my make-up, dressed up and voila! we're off to carlton hotel for a "sumptuous meal".

the first thing i heard from my cousin when i arrived was "eh, the spread is real bad. i go one round i donno what to eat already." hahaha we are buffet critics. but anyways, we had fun lah. 2 families gathering together for a good meal and talking and laughing. its something i cant get from my own family solely (meaning it'll be quite awkward if its just a meal b/w my parents, my siblings and i) we lack communication and therefore, connection. tianyi learnt how to bake muffins there. hahaha she's like a princess lah. her mummy brought her a chair to stand on (prob cuz she's the youngest & smallest there), her dad brought her bib to her so that the batter wont stain her dress, my sis took the video cam to record her "baking of the muffin" process. she's so pampered but oh well, we love her so much. no choice. :D

after high-tea, the 2 families walked over to Raffles City's Robinsons. the men in the families bought their stuffs (fathers' day wat, must be pampered once in awhile).

all of us were singing songs to tianyi and she was dancing away happily. that moment was heart-warming. i felt really at home, really happy. tianyi never fails to bring us laughter :)

went to Dragonfly, alas, to watch ben sing. my god, he has improved so much! i heard him sing 精舞门，你最珍贵 and Para Para Sakura. his dance moves and all, oh man, he's been working real hard. you go dude! took a few pics of him singing as well as a friendly pic :)

afterwhich i crossed over to powerhouse. 5 free drinks, why not. intended to club hop to mos but heard mos wasnt that fun. so yeah stayed at PH all the way.

that was yesterday. didnt do much today. cousins came over. played with my niece & nephew. went to work at 7pm. followed by beer & peanut session at zach's. he chased me out at 12am! grrrr oh well, he has to work tmr lah. yeap.

its been ages since my last entry.
oh well, whats new? been clubbing religiously every week. its exhausting but its hell lotsa fun! its like my 2nd home now! haha ;)

this week is my term tests' week. so far i only studied hard for one paper, Security Analysis & Portfolio mgt. 2 down, 2 more to go. blessed be!

yesterday i went to pulau ubin to celebrate louis's bday with the whole gang! never ever been to pulau ubin before!! yest was my first! and gosh, i nvr knew there are ppl living there. gross! i mean, i definitely prefer urban areas. i cant live in a place filled with swamps and god knows what. but its a gd experience, fun! i didnt study much lol. louis's bday cake was oreo cheesecake! yummy yummy! and they went fishing in the middle of the night while me, serene, levin n jovan were bz with our love lifes. serene did the "prediction" sorta thingy with poker cards and damn, its super accurate!!! really!

wed night. finally. after a few weeks of break from clubbing. i finally went to zouk's ladies night.
it was damn packed! and mambo jambo was boring but funny with many ppl doing the mambo jambo dance moves :D

swollen lymph nodes on the right and there's a lump as well. man. i guess excessive clubbing can be very harmful! i just hope its not a tumour, and i dont have any cancerous cell in my body.

been clubbing again. not so bad, just fri & sat. but whenever i club hardcore, i'll fall sick for the next few days. sore throat & cough. sigh sometimes headache as well. but my dear friend doesnt seem to care leh. HE should know who HE is! hmph. so near yet so far. oh well.

attended lecture @ 11am and ended at 12.30pm. met edison for lunch, ate chicken chop at biz park. hahaha he said its nice, i bet cuz he hasnt tried mensa's chicken chop. lol but anyway school food is real cheap, a plate of chicken chop costs only $2.60! :D

then we went to pick serene up from the bus-stop and went to tampines mall. they wanted to go kovan melody (eric's new place) for tennis initially but it rained, so the plan was cancelled. yeah so we went over to bayshore park (edi's place) instead.

went to town and ate es teler 77's fried chicken set. damn shiok! followed by camwhoring session @ hyatt hotel.

met zach, had ice-cream@ben&jerry. followed by movie at GV plaza. we watched nightmare detective. sucky show. damn gory!!!

ohhh yesterday night we watch Letters of Death at GV tampines. very nice show. its about, ermmm, revenge?? this guy who got pushed down the stairs by his classmates and that accident screwed his whole life. cuz he was disfigured & crippled. very badly injured. so whole life was affected. he then hanged himself and wrote letters of death and swore that his classmates will die a terrible death and suffer just like he did. yeahh so everyone died damn terribly. another gory & bloody show but a good show. thai show mah!! always good plot.

sleepless nights

have i been sleeping late so much that i cant sleep now when i need to?? arghhh i have been sleeping at god knows what time, latest was 8am...... earliest was 2am..... i really cant seem to sleep now. 3 episodes of charmed and im still wide awake! help me help me!
have to wake up at 9.30am later! meeting wan first then gonna go school together! weeee!! :D

today i finally have the chance to meet up with cheyanne and catch up/gossip about whatever topic that pops up in our heads. haha we went to villa'ge and shared rosti with chic sausage (which btw tasted like pork sausage cuz its so FATTENING!! so OILY! and the meat tasted so FLABBY!) and also mango with crepes & choc ice-cream. lol

we chatted alot and i was very entertained by cheyanne & her big actions when she gets worked up! hahahaha
had to leave early cuz her bf is arriving at 9.40pm. oh well, and there was the irritating traffic jam along CTE to PIE. grrrr so i asked cheyanne to drive to changi airport straightaway, instead of sending me home then driving to the airport. cuz i also scared she donno her way. hahaha believe me, after i passed driving & started to drive, i finally understood how losing your way can fustrate the hell outta you!

then zach suddenly msged me and told me he's gonna club tonight. TA MA DE! when i asked him this afternn if he wanna club cuz i was so pissed that i didnt get to enjoy myself last night (you would understand why if u read my previous entry) and i was so hyped up bout clubbing tonight, he told me he doesnt feel like clubbing. then just now msged me told me he's clubbing. grrrr.... but anyway, while im typing, im waiting for a chance to sneak outta the hse man. grrrrr difficult la! last night of holidays must ENJOY!!!! :D

anyway, THANK U CHEYANNE!!! for treating me to dinner, make me feel bad.... really. after i clear my debts (ipod la!!! owe my cousin $$), i promise i'll rent car and fetch u ard and treat u to nice nice food!! double extra promise! lol and also THANK YOU for your company!!! really enjoy it!!! alot!!! :D

since school is starting on monday, i decided to go crazy particularly for the past few nights. alright thurs wasnt that crazy. went to mos with serene & zach. oh man, i missed that place terribly! i went with matt a few times previously and we always dance at 54! retro all the way! lol so thurs night is R&B night. there were cages/podiums placed at the main arena dance floor. so ppl can dance in it. NO its not locked up, haha it just looks like a cage so that there's this hip hop feel to it. lol
zach & i arrived at 10-ish. while waiting for serene, we decided to have a can of beer at 7-11. **thats our cheap way of getting high first! ahahaha i got high after that can of beer. the big one of course. waited for 1-for-1 special. gosh zach just refused to dance. arghhhh while serene & i chose songs to dance to. 1-for-1 special from 1.30am-2.30am. then zach doesnt feel like drinking! ta ma de! waited for so long. so in the end, just bought a few glasses of housepour. grrr instead of our usual jugs!

friday was fun-ner. went to play with cheyanne, zach, nigel and shu hui. very fun!!! again, zach's & my cheap way of getting high. bought beer & e33 from 7-11. ahahaha apparently i got quite high and i wonder why?!oh yah, got another bottle of beer at play. yeah got high after that. danced with this real hottie! damn hot... and got to know a few more ppl. hotties as well! definitely a fruitful night. hahaha that hottie gave me his namecard! lol asked me to call him but duh, he was high lah! cheyanne went off first. sorry babe, wasnt a good host.

yesterday was fun, initially. went to zouk's bday party at 9ish. thanks to zach. his friend put us on guest list. felt like VIPs! hahaha free food and free flow of drinks. yeappp thats how the later part of the night got screwed up. i drank 3 glasses of house pour, and they were xtra strong. and 2 bottles of beer. shit ass! i got damn drunk lahhhhhh arghhh and the next thing i know, i woke up at 5am at home. i checked my phone, the msgs and call lists. damn, i think i left the club at bout 12 plus. the night was so young!!! arghhhh stooopid JANE!!!!! lousy JANE!!!!! GRRRRRR!!! i missed out on the fun!!!!! :( i hope i wont drink so much ever again!!!!CONTROL YOURSELF!!!!!! BITCH!!!! :( GOSHHHHHH

the week began with me getting an awesome phone Sony Ericsson K800i, followed by me falling ill on tues. went to consult my family doctor on wed, followed by kbox with zach, edi and fel.
thurs was just work. gave tuition on friday, then joined them at cineleisure followed by clubbing again.

stayed over at zach's place on friday night. then saturday went to give tuition followed by family dinner at grand copthorne hotel along river valley. yeap its to celebrate my uncle's bday.
as for the rest, while i was having my family dinner, they went to see winston off at the airport cause he's gg tokyo for a 1-week vacation! 1-week only leh, they also sent him off. so sweet right. a pity i couldnt see him off. sad sad. didnt get to see my darling off. HAHAHAHA!

oh well the night didnt end early for me. i followed my family home and sneaked out of the hse after that. took cab with zach and headed down to club.

oh then the next day, met zach & edi at cineleisure after my tuition. went to eat at villa'ge! :D yeah then nigel, eric, anavil and louis came to meet us. went to catch a movie with nigel, louis, anavil, edi & zach. we watched "number 23" starring jim carrey. quite a good movie, psychotic. we kept searching for the number 23 after the movie! haha then zach & i didnt feel like gg home. btw we r neighbours, live one drain apart from each other! haha so we decided to head down to st james' power house. zach & i shared 2 jugs of bourbon coke initially then his friend bought us another jug. oh before that each of us had 1 free drink, we drank tequila shots. hahaha i was gone.... according to zach.. lol

life still goes on after the glam glam event last night. haha today went to give tuition. and went over to zach's place to chill. he's my neighbour lah. haha just one street away. finally i have a neighbour, after moving into this neighbourhood for 7 years.

so we chatted, laughed and they played mahjong.... and i played indian poker with zach only! how stupid can that get? hahaha tell each other to change our cards. lol

fashion festival

yay the fashion festival is finally over! to me, its quite a glam event. many rich taitais were present and so were some celebrities like jacelyn tay, fiona xie, dick lee, kym ng, denise keller and nadya. most of the guests were dressed in expensive gowns/suits and i felt so out of place. well, i didnt look unglam la but they just look damn glamorous! gosh! the rich and the non-rich are poles apart...

yeah so it was the cocktail reception. i drank 3 glasses of sparkling wine. damn nice :D and we had our own "photo-taking session"... hahaha obviously the media couldnt be bothered with us lah! so we took our own photos for ourselves :) yay and i managed to take a photo with dick lee and this new artist of his whom he said he's currently managing, kiat. oh well, all of us think he's more like his bf lah! hahaha but quite hot.

yeah so the show started late, in fact the whole event was quite disorganised. waited damn long for the cocktail reception to start as well as the fashion show. beautiful gowns designed by francis cheong accessorised with bling bling jewellery from lee hwa, woohoo! glitters is the theme! :D

yeapp in a nutshell, its all thanks to Winston Lim that we get to attend this wonderful & glamorous event! thanks Winston! :D

yuh its a boring wednesday! slept till 2ish in the afternn then slacked till 3plus and levin asked me to join him at siglap. haha and i reached at 6plus in the evening. then i called nigel & zach to join us lah... hehe had chicken rice.. again! sian...

then @ 8pm, shared a cab down to orchard to meet edi, eric, serene, derek and anavil.
went to NYDC after that, their oreo cheesecake SUCKS!!! I swear!!! yucks!

btw, im quite excited bout tmr cuz winston invited us to his mum's fashion festival event. his mum is collaborating with francis cheong. some jewellery stuff. yeah and i heard dick lee, fiona xie, fann wong, jacelyn tay and other celebs will be there. hmm looking forward to see dick lee.... and jacelyn tay! hahaha but wont go gaga over them la! duh! :D

mr bean's holiday

on tuesday, caught mr bean's holiday with serene, eric, edi, winston and zach. a much better movie than TMNT but still, not an excellent movie. its basically a movie that shows how funny/stupid mr bean can be, in different ways. oh well, when its pieced together, it makes the whole show hilarious. but quite a no-brainer show. ahahaha thats what its all about isnt it, to have a good laugh at the end of the show!

the funny thing is mr bean is in France and whenever he says thank you, he says "Glaciers" instead of "Merci". glaciers is in spanish la. thats one of the joke thats present throughout the show. oh well, did have a good laugh so good la.

after the movie, we went to cuppage again. but ate at the japanese food shop. shared gyoza with zach while the others ate ramen. no one ordered fried rice la though thats their specialty. yeap then it was home sweet home. reached home at 1am, damn early... haha as compared to previous nights la! :D

met up with derek & serene at island creamery in the afternoon cuz i dreamt of ice-cream the night before!!! my goodness, my dream was weird. i dreamt that the ice-cream in a cone could be for "take-away" and there's this machine that will wrap the cone&ice-cream nicely for ppl to take away. weird dream i know. but still, IC rocks. had reversO & teh tarik. more new flavours pls! and 2 more new branches, at great world city and centre point! so wanna check it out, SOON! :D

wah liao! watched a show which i totally have no interest in! teenage mutant ninja turtle!!!ahahaha but aiya watched with them so still quite enjoyable la.

its last minute i guess, cuz i didnt reach cineleisure on time, so edi decided on what to watch w/o consulting us loh. so cant blame him.

after the movie, went to fat mama for supper cuz winston & serene were hungry. whats new?! ahahahaha... yeappp then headed home after that. reached home at 1am, much earlier than ever! my parents were so happy la. cuz i dropped them a sms when i stepped into the hse. tsk tsk parents are so a typical!!!

the previous post was damn long so decided to create a new one.

yeap so on thursday, i met up with them @ cineleisure after my work. went to pick nigel and winston before that. then they decided to go to arab street, this shisha place. initially i was against it cuz arab st sounds hmmm i donno, yucky?! hahah but NO! the place they brought me to is amazing!!! we went to the 2nd floor. there's a huge LCD tv there and we watched bruce almighty & final destination 2. we occupied the whole area cuz no one was there. damn nice!!! winston!!! where are the pics??!!!! oh and the food is super delicious!!! i ate mixed kebab (lamb, chicken & beef) woohoo!!! shiok!!!! :D thursday night was an early night for them hahaha cuz i sent them home after our late dinner. then went to meet levin to take him for a spin. went to orchard to check out party world but was too pricey, so headed down to geylang for tau huay. he's such a noob, didnt know bout the tau huay place!!! tsk tsk. then went to changi airport to chill at starbucks. and omg their oreo cheesecake ROCKS!!!! REALLY!! i nvr did like cheesecakes, but starbucks' oreo cheesecake blew me away!! :D reached home at bout 5am.

finally on friday, yesterday la.... we went to winston's club, Singapore Island Country Club @ Thomson Rd (Venus Drive) to bowl. cool club, expensive club! haha winston's rich! my bowling skills suck big time!!! hur hur :( then yay! we finally went to island creamery!!!

serene bought the reversO cake for us!! thanks serene!!!! oh and all of us love Fresh Banana!!! ahahaha shiok!!!! :D saw david, the boss's son. now can take pic and use their printer to print the photos and stick on the wall. cool! we sang bday song, to celebrate the belated bdays and the advance bdays...... ahahahaha then i sent derek to kembangan, gosh got lost man!!! sighhhh then picked zach & nigel and went back to bt timah. see, im a driver! ahahaha oh then went to holland village's Essential Brew.... my 1st time there, another cosy place to chill & chit-chat at. thanks peeps for bringing me to these cool places! and then, we went to changi village for awhile. yes again! dont we just love tranniessssss ahahahaha! yeah then sent them home one by one again. then after that went to secondary sch sports leader club's chalet. saw old friends. drank vodka/red wine. laughed, slept.... home sweet home at 10am.
went to return the car at 12pm... SAD AH!!!!!! :(

on saturday, went to cheesecake cafe. had my fav oreo cheesecake. hahaha my latest favourite! tastes much better than starbucks' :D eric ordered mango cheesecake, omg rocks too! then walked to the coffee shop for dinner cuz the rest have not eaten dinner. hahaha we ate dessert first then the main course. lol i ate chicken tikka & garlic naan! matt ate cheese naan. the rest ate the normal food loh. ahahaha yeap. after dinner, nigel eric me and edi headed down to winston's place cuz we didnt wanna go home that early. we played mario game. hahaha i scored better than the last time we played. winston served us cup noodles & ben&jerry ice-cream on a tray with rose petals. hahaha so romantic! ohh! and winston's dog, junior, is one horny dog. he kept running towards me and wanted to come on top of me and edi said junior's dick grew longer. damn scary! left winston's place at 3 plus, reached home at 4am. dad called me 6x but i didnt answer. gosh, like in deep shit.

on sunday, headed down to town to meet them for dinner @ wheelocks place sakae sushi. the initial plan was to eat at sushi tei but edi has $60 worth of sakae sushi voucher so ate there loh. then we went to kbox cuz levin & jovan wanted to go la. and anyway sunday no cover charge, so just went ahead loh. went home at 2am. trying to reach home earlier, yeap. :D

yes! i finally passed my driving, after so many months of endurance and stress...am very happy but at the same time also quite sad cuz i wont be able to see my instructor anymore. he's the most suave/charming instructor i've seen at the driving centre!! im so gonna miss him.

other than this good news of mine, i've been bumming around till late everyday. so late till my parents are damn pissed off with me. sighhhh... lemme tell u what happened these past few days.

on Friday, i went to the gym in town cuz i was awfully bored. then i met up with winston at cineleisure @ 8pm and after that, edison & serene came to join us. followed by anavil, then nigel & his friend, shu hui. eric came as well and also matt & levin. we went to dine at heeren's sakae sushi. the whole night was about camwhoring, cracking lame jokes, talking/laughing damn loudly and also singing continuously! we went to party world after that and wanhua&woon came to join us cuz they had dinner with matt&levin. yeappp after party world, that was about 3am, we went to serangoon for supper. then dropped levin off and me, edi, serene & anavil went over to winston's place at bt timah. nice place man! interior design is superb! very classy and modernized.... zen feeling i guess. nice room! comparable to oli's! lol yeahhh thats 1st night of hanging out late.

on Saturday, went to watch matt's band concert. after that went for late dinner at bishan junction 8 followed by gathering at winston's. the initial plan was to club at st james' but some of them not interested so change of plan. yeappp

on Sunday afternoon, ate at Serene Centre's oishi pizza! just like the name, the pizza is OISHI!!!!superb!!! esp teriyaki chicken!!! yeapp the queue at island creamery was terrible, so had to skip it cuz had to rush for driving.
on Sunday evening, edison drove us to town & we ate at villa'ge. its always so fun to hang out with them.... its endless laughter..... then went to kbox after dinner. not planned for at all.... hahaha just happened to go cuz cover charge is waived on sundays. yea.... then it was supper at geylang's 永和豆花 after that edi sent us home :D
on monday afternoon, my best day ever!!!! abit over-exaggerating but i was on cloud nine!!! passed my driving la, duh!!!! :D

on monday night, they treated me to dinner @ jack's place and even gave me lilies!!cuz i passed my TP test :D thanks peeps!!! then went to town to catch a movie but no shows to watch/bad seats. so we headed down to changi village to see tranny followed by a mini expedition to haunted scenes in the east... AHAHAHAHA thats like our MUST GO place....

on Tuesday, rented a car. went to work then went to kallang to pick them up. sorry nigel, couldnt turn up for ur match. haha although it rained!!! lol then we went to bishan to pick eric up then went to changi airport for POPEYE'S!!! :D and after that..... guess where we went to??? yuh!! haha changi village again! told ya its out MUST GO place.... muahahahahahaha.....

on Wednesday, we went clubbing at MOS..... ermmmmm actually it was quite boring cuz the music kinda sucked on that night... donno why leh.. normally when i go on saturdays, the music rocks!!! hahahaha but oh well, st james' has hot music too.....ohhh and i bumped into CHEYANNE!! ahahaha such a big place also can bump into each other. hehehe... she was at clinic and we did enter clinic for awhile.... but i was allowed to drink only one drink.... and i took a tequila shot. cuz i drove la! then edi didnt allow me to drink.... :( so didnt get high enough to hook up anyone. muahahahahaha!
after clubbing, they went to eat at river valley's boon tong kee. i was kinda emo so didnt eat instead i took derek for a spin ard town.... shiok! after that sent winston home first then went to "explore" Old Changi Hospital. have been talking bout it for the past few nights but whenever edi drove, he never dared to drive up. hahaha so me, jane chia, drove up!!! AHAHAHAHA and when i wanted to do a 3-point turn, the car went forward when i engaged the reverse gear. haha cuz the car was overloaded. so the ppl at the back had to get out of the car but serene was damn scared so she was like screaming "i dont wanna get outta the car" ahahahaha so she didnt la. only the guys. yay did 3-point turn successfully, duh! then jovan said he heard a woman's voice while he was outta the car, the woman spoke in hokkien. hmmm i donno bout that?!
yeahhh then we thought of visiting lim chu kang cemetery and we did go there! omg scary la... we visited the chinese & christian cemetery. was hoping to see the kids' cemetery but dont have leh.... hmmm derek said sometimes can see sometimes cannot... omg scary... yuh la and when i drove in, i was holding derek's hand la!!!!
then after that, sent them home one by one and by the time i reached home, it was daylight 8am in the morning! gosh.....

my goodness!!! time flies..... my driving test is on monday!!! thats like 2 days later??? damn scared & worried.... really wish to pass on my first attempt..... :(
very stressed out..... sighhhhhh really hope it wouldnt rain on that day cuz i cant see SHIT when it rains.....

anyway, went to party world with friends today! cool cool! the first karaoke session when majority of the ppl can sing! lol thats good. but still eagerly looking for the guy who can harmonise damn well! hahahaha.... guess ben did a good job previously....

i went to wisma atria's topshop to try clothes today. awwww saw another similar jumper-shorts suit that i bought that day... but its damn nice... the top part is like a vest! damn comfy as well. asked my mum to buy it for me, damn it she said i looked like a waitress.... :( its damn nice la.... i luuuurrrrvvveeee it! ahahahaha...

anyways, holidays is/are (can someone clarify this doubt of mine? are holidays countable? lol) boring!!! damnn boring!!!! there's nthing to do.... oh well, mayb i can go to the gym, get more jobs and stuff.... but i just wanna shop all day long!!! hur hur.... shopping nourishes your soul!! lol donno where the hell that crap came from but yeah, it helps!!! :D

holidays are here but so far, nthing exciting has happened. oh well, what a boring life.

last sat 3rd march, celebrated chueen-er's bday at sizzlers followed by kbox then to DXO.

then it was driving throughout the weekdays (mon-fri)... fun but stressful. well at least my instructor makes me happy. wahahaha can flirt and learn driving at the same time. pretty cool huh! lol

on wed, went to st james with tracy, my pri sch friend. ladies' night! 5 free drinks! and guess what? i re-entered so i got 10 free drinks! hahaha nthing fantastic, the music is just r&b all the way.... nthing to wow about.

friday: added 2 more AX t-shirts to my wardrobe!!! ahahahaha damn happy. one of it is horizontal blue stripes.... damn nice, well at least i like it la! :D then met up with cheyanne in town! then went for night driving.... TOTALLY SCREWED UP! sighhh as the test date draws nearer, i get more n more nervous. and receive more n more nagging/scolding from my instructor!! grrrrr!!!! angry with myself!!!!

today!: damn happy sia!!! i bought new clothes (again!) from topshop. cant resist the temptation. i lurrrrrrrrrrvvvvvvveeeeeeee it! lol

sighh i have been studying hard.... but i cant seem to do well for my exam..... notice i said "exam"? thats cuz i hope i'll do well for the remaining papers..... gosh i really hope i'll be able to pass. sighhhh just pass will do!! dont wanna take supp paper again!

anyway i had driving lesson yesterday. pretty alright already except my instructor kept nagging at me. he's a perfectionist :( car must be parked absolutely straight... arghhhhh! then levin came to the driving centre to enrol! woohoo so many ppl taking up driving lessons. sooner or later all my friends will own a car! yeappp lunched at parkway and studied there as well. :D

but TODAY's paper was a tragedy!!!!! sighhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh God pls help me PASS!!!!!!!

Happy New Year everyone!

had my reunion feast yesterday at marina mandarin's peach blossoms. food was delicious, the room was fabulous. table damn big... machiam we're some royal ppl! lightings was beautiful! haha it was simply awesome! not to mention how awesome the price is ... lol

tianyi came and the dinner was so fun cuz of her funny expressions and actions! :)

after dinner, i went to esplanade with my sis but she met up with her friends and i felt BORED! so i went to view the fireworks display ALONE! it was beautiful, spectacular!!! yesterday's fireworks display was much better than dec 31st '06.... guess cuz its CNY? lotsa sound effects!!! BEAUTIFUL!! but i hope i'll be viewing it with someone next year..... hahaha donno who's it gonna be... but someone special of course. then i went to rouge ALONE! ahaha viewed the live band. talked to marcius. was just trying my luck to see if he's working. hehe guess i was pretty lucky last night. he was busy, but still talked to me when he's free.

and of course, the band sang a song that got rid of my boredom! Lips of an angel by Hinder!rocks! now its on repeat mode on my ipod! wahahaha.... alrightey, some pics for y'all!

Happy Birthday to me!

yay today is the actual day. attended lecture from 9-10am then went for lunch at marina sq with aaron, val and est. the plan initially was a study session with val @ esplanade. haha but it'd be boring to study on my bday!

yeapp so we went to this jap restaurant at marina sq for lunch. then went to bugis where denise came over to join us. and i treated them to giant earthquake at swensen's. laughed like mad, thanks to aaron! had a really happy happy bday!

my nephew is so super duper cute la! haha carried him throughout the day..... except one thing, he cries damn easily! and his crying is damn loud! hahaha oh well, guess babies are all like that. will upload pics of him real soon! :)

anyway, been real busy these few days. one more project to complete. oh damn. but i met marcius on thurs night. hahaha he has nice eyes. and nice eyelashes. he treated me to prata but i was too full so i just ordered milo dino. he's so nice la. but donno if he's just plain nice or he digs me. hope he can accompany me to study for my exams. it'll be so fun. and we'll be able to talk!!
how do u tell if a guy digs u, seriously???!!! i have no idea. if a guy takes the initiative to msg u, does it mean he digs u? or does it mean he's plain bored?! he's libran la.... maybe cheyanne can help me with that? ahahahaha

god, i totally screwed my driving! it was bad today, real bad. 1stly, i wore the wront footwear. wore thongs instead of sandals. not that sandals is any better. 2ndly, couldnt control my driving speed probably cuz of my footwear. 3rdly, i was so distracted my parallel & vertical parking was so screwed up.

im so pissed off with myself. sigh my driving test is coming up very very soon and yet my driving is still so unstable. :(
